  Booking Process

  Inquiry Form:

• If you are unsure about which service you need, please fill out our Inquiry Form to help us understand your needs better.

• We will review your inquiry and provide recommendations on the best services for your goals.

   Consultation Call:

• If you are certain about the service you need, the next step is to book a consultation call through our Online Booking System.

• The consultation call is mandatory before booking the main service and must be paid in full at the time of booking. The price paid for the consultation call will be credited towards the total cost of the main service. (e.g. your call is $120 and your service is $800 your remaining price will be $680)

  Booking Main Services:

• After the consultation call and upon approval, you can then proceed to book the main service via a link sent through email from create@kaylaaniah.com.

• Where then you will receive your project contract outlining price, term period, and more.

Payment Terms

• Consultation Calls: Must be paid in full at the time of booking.

• Main Services: Payment will be structured into installments or can be paid in full based on the duration and scope of the project, as agreed upon during the consultation.

Cancellation Policy

• You may cancel your services up to ten (10) days before production; however, after a creative concept (e.g., storyboard) has already been presented, the remaining balance of the project must still be paid in full.  Upon termination, AE retains all copyrights, and ownership, of all original materials and ideas presented.

Rescheduling Policy

• If you need to reschedule a consultation call, please do so at least 24 hours before the scheduled time by sending an email to create@kaylaaniah.com

• We will work to reschedule the call at the earliest convenience for both parties.

Additional Policies

• Punctuality: Please be punctual for all scheduled calls and appointments. Late arrivals may result in reduced consultation time.

• Confidentiality: All information discussed during our consultations and services is confidential and will not be shared without your consent.

• Revisions: Any revisions to the creative concept will be discussed and agreed upon during the consultation and project term.

Operating Hours

• Our agency operates from 11:00 am - 2:00 pm CST Monday- Thursday. Please ensure your inquiries and bookings are made within these hours.

Turnaround Time

• The typical turnaround time for our services will be discussed during the consultation call and depends on the project’s scope and complexity.
