Hey, Hey! I'm Kayla Aniah, a Performance Director, I turn concepts into unforgettable realities for musical artists and creators. I have a Master’s Degree in Music Business from Berklee College of Music and a Bachelor's in Business Management and Digital Marketing from Saint Xavier University.

 My journey into the world of music began with competitive dance 12 years ago, where I developed an appreciation for different genres and the intricacies of creation. Now, I specialize in bringing concepts to life across various domains including music videos, artist development, marketing, live performances, and more.

I knew to advance my directing skills I had to learn my way around the camera, and that is exactly what I did! Being trained and guided in photography and videography allows me to work closely with my team and others to make sure the vision is being communicated properly.

That was one of the best investments I gave to myself because it ensures that my concepts are not just thoughts but I can physically bring them to life. 

My expertise lies in studying creative and innovative angles, concepts, stylings, and choreography, among other elements. Analyzing and studying the careers of greats in different genres such as Janet Jackson, Micheal Jackson, BTS, Missy Elliot, and Chris Brown.

Identifying the creative factors that made their careers thrive regarding visuals, branding, and image. This allowed me to work with various artists in New York, Chicago, and Atlanta directing their musical projects as a performance coach and creative. 

Being a performance director is never dull, my ideas are endless which is something I am so excited about, being able to create something new and unique to make a client hype about a release is my goal.
